How does Synametrics Mail Junction Work
Synametrics Mail Junction monitors grouped inboxes such as sales, info and support. Every new email represents creates
a "Ticket" in Mail Junction. All correspondence related to this ticket is then grouped together and can be viewed
at a later time.
Work Flow

                - Synametrics Mail Junction periodically checks for new messages in your email server.
 
                - Upon arrival every message
            is passed through a Rules Engine that can change the state of the message, assign message to a user or move
            it from one profile to another.
 
                - After passing through the Rules Engine, these messages get stored in a
            repository where users can view or post of reply to them.
                
 
                - Users can be assigned ownership to any ticket either by predefined rules or manually by a manager.
