Syncrify E-mail

I have a bit of an odd situation, my client has a NAS box three of the computers are using Syncrify. However, since all there data is on NAS drive and split between three machines I have to back up each machine individually. The first problem is data wasn't back up and they were getting e-mails. However, I changed to where Windows Task Scheduler is running program Syncrify but now they are not getting any e-mails whatsoever. Is there any way to get Windows Task Scheduler run the program and send e-mail to the client?

Syncrify E-mail

Although you can certainly use Windows Task Scheduler for triggering backups, the default method in Syncrify is to use a Service (Backup Monitor Service) that triggers the backup jobs.

Emails are not generated by Syncrify Client. Once the backup is complete, the client sends its data to the server, which then sends an email to the SMTP server. Have you configured the SMTP server correctly? Go to the SMTP Server configuration page in Syncrify Server and click the "Test" button to see if that configuration is correct.

I also recommend you look at the log files on both client and server to see any errors related to emails. Check https://web.synametrics.com/SyncrifyLogFiles.htm for details.

Syncrify E-mail

I ran the test from the server everything is working there. I check both the client and server logs nothing is showing e-mail issues. So why is the client not getting e-mails since it doesn't matter if it's running from Task Scheduler or not?
