diference betwen missed backups and inactive users

I would like to know the difference between missed backups and inactive users.

 
On the other hand, I have several profiles that at some point were not launched, but now they are being launched but it has been registered in Missed backups.
Is there a way to clean registry.

Hello Fernando,

A missed backup on the report is only a single instance.  In your case it is saying that maperello@domain.com missed its backup on 5/1/20, it's been completing every night since then but it still missed on the 1st.  Missed backups will show up on every report for a few days before eventually dissappearing.  This is intended to ensure that an admin sees that a specific backup missed.

Inactive users are users that have not connected to your server to run a backup for an extended period of time.  More specifically, these users' machines are no longer communicating with your server.
