Is there a CLI for user account creation or modification?  Or perhaps is there a way to make a smart user account template?  I want to create users from time to time, each with its own folder (user name matches folder name), and other parameters.

Although there is no CLI, you can do the following:

• Integrate SynaMan with your Active Directory. Once done, have your users connect to SynaMan's web interface using their AD crredentials. An account will get created on their behalf
