Hi,

We got this error when a user logs on our Synaman:

Communication error occured. Try reconnecting to the remote machine. - ERROR: The response could not be deserialized.

Any ideas?

There are two reasons for this error:

1. The browser has cached older copies of the JavaScripts. Click SHIFT+F5 in the browser, which will pull new files
2. You're using an older JRE in SynaMan. The newer version of SynaMan require JRE 1.8. Check http://web.synametrics.com/update-jre.htm to update your JRE
