Hi, we are currently testing out Synaman for file sharing. When trying to share a file, the received email that should contain the link to the file being shared does not have any content in it. The whole body of the email is empty.

Could you please contact our support department via email. We will have to investigate this further, which appears to be isolated to your environment. Please send us the log file from $INSTALL_DIR\logs\SynaMan.log , which will help us troubleshoot.
