According to the article here: http://web.synametrics.com/syncrify-ransom-ware.htm you should be able to disable RWP by going into "Configurations > Security" and blanking out the "Ransomware file" box, however I do not see that option.
Under the security tab I have a large icon of a person with 3 monitors next to them with the label of "Manage administrator accounts". Under that there is an "Alerts" section with checkboxes for the headings "Incorrect password attempts", "Block UP address" and "Tricky path".
Can someone advise where the section is to disable RWP, as backups have not been able to be run since the update.
