Dear All,
we have recently purchased Syncrify and so far we are really happy with the way it works and its simplicity.
However we have one problem: For some files we get the error: "Zugriff auf syncrify abgelehnt" (Access denied)
The client service runs with backup operator credentials. So Im wondering if this is a client or server problem?
Can anyone help?

ok, I eventually figured it out - thanks to the logs on the client. The error means exactly what it says "ACCESS DENIED" I added the local administrator group to the folder and now they sync just fine.
