Error: "WinSQL has stopped working"

I am getting a consistent error message with a simple SELECT COUNT(*) from table statement

Error box is just "WinSQL has stopped working"

Version:, edition: Trial

OS is Windows 10


I have been querying the same database successfully and with no errors before now.

Could you please contact us via email and send us the following information.

  • Name and version of the back-end database you're connecting to
  • Version and vendor of the ODBC driver
  • Is this happening with every table or just one?
