option 'Send EMail only on error' not work.
If check this option the user never receives the email...
SMTP parameter on server is ok, test email work fine.
We are not able to recreate this issue on our end. When "Send email only on error" is checked, Syncrify will NOT create any report via email unless there are errors. Please contact our support via email if this is not the case so we can further investigate the problem.
The post is a follow up to Gianmarco's original post. He contacted us via email for further investigation. It turned out that he had specified an email address for the Error Recipient field under Advanced Configuration. This was causing the reports to go to a different address. The problem disappeared once he removed the email from this field.
