We have been unable to determine a method to foce the users to enter a strong password to upload or download files. Each time the link can be created without any password on it.
Is this something that is available or possibly being worked on?

The current logic in SynaMan does not enforce passwords for public link. It is up to the user to specify one. I am going to add this as a feature request for a future release. We will be releasing another major version of SynaMan in the next couple of weeks. This won't be part of that release but will try to add this feature to the next one.
