Revolving around the core of technology
I have recently installed the Backup Client 64bit, Windows 7 v4.3 b949. The first time I ran a manual job, it ran without issue. I then added another folder and choose to use the selection filter. Now when I click Backup, I get the mouse circle and nothing happens. I have to go to task scheduler or telnet/terminiate to end the program.
I have uninstalled and re-installed the program, but I don't know if it completely uninstalled because the end user credentials were still in the program settings.
What troubleshooting steps can I perform to get this client going?
