Whenever I try to upload/download a public link I get this error message." Could not send email due to an internal server error" Under troubleshooting everything tests fine and I receive my test email. It was bizzare because it worked 3 times before this error started coming up. I added the server IP address in exchange under the receive connector SMTP relay. Thats all I usually need to do to allow other devices to send email. Is there something else I need to do?
If I login as admin I can see all the public links and they do work.
i figured this out. Problem was with the email address I had configured.
