In this one users case it reports that disk usage is 680.71GB but on actually whats on disk is 579GB. I have view set to show hidden and protected files.
Hi Lee. What OS & file system is the server running on and how are you obtaining used space vs what is shown in the admin? Did you hit refresh icon in admin to force it to rescan & update? For example Windows space vs space on disk can vary a lot especially with many small files due to slack space lost which can vary by file system. Just like the GB shown in GUI can appear a lot smaller than what you see in DIR due to conversion to GB. GB vs GiB too. Guessing there is a logical explanation so just a matter of tracking it down.
