Invalid Input - Branding Syncrify Client.

I get the following error when trying to brand Syncrify Client...

"2016-05-04 08:05:22,178 ERROR handler.CBrand - Server sent an error while creating custom client. Invalid input - error number 420-11 - contact Synametrics support"

I've tried reworking all of the fields, but I always get the same result.

Invalid Input - Branding Syncrify Client.

Dear Jim,

Do you have a valid support contract for Syncrify? Please note that branding is not allowed if your support contract has expired. Please refer to http://web.synametrics.com/SyncrifyWithoutSupport.htm for details.

To check if you have a valid contract, click the "About" link while logged in as admin. Let us know if you support contract is still valid and we will further investigate this issue.

Angelo,

The most common reason for this error is an expired support contract. If you have a valid support contract, please send Syncrify.log file to our support department for further investigation.
