Does SynaMan offer an API for automation file transfers to particular user shares?

We do not provide an API. Instead, a CLI (command line interface) is provided allowing you to upload/download files using a script. Check http://web.synametrics.com/SynaManCli.htm for details.
May I know what you are trying to accomplish with the API?
