Failure running Upgrade

Kelly, You get this error when a file is unable to download from our site to your machine. Try the following:
  • Go to /opt/Syncrify/patches folder
  • Remove every file but *AppLauncher.jar* - DO NOT delete AppLauncher.jar otherwise patching won't work.
  • Try upgrading again

Some details on how upgrade work

  • Your copy of Syncrify downloads necessary files from our server.
  • The MD5 signatures of the downloaded files are checked to ensure files came down correctly.
  • Syncrify is restarted.
If the MD5 signatures of the downloaded file do not match you see this error. Imran.
