How about adding two more package options (25 and 50 users) to your ISP Edition for Small Bussines that want to start offering this service to their clients. 100 users is a lot more than the clients i currently support and $1,500 dollars is quite an investment for something you do not know your clients are to buy and maintain for a significant period of time.

I would also be buying this software right now if i could get userpacks of 25

I too would be interesting in purchasing a 25 user pack oppsed to a 100 pack.  I am a small business it consultant with far less than 100 users and a 25 user pack would be perfect.  May be call it Small Business Edition.  so far i have spent $500  for 12 users, which is far, but i would have prefered the ISP Edition.  Is there an upgrade path from pro to ISP Addition also?
