I current;y have a client that when we backup it get stuck at 82% .. It never finishes and we get no error log. Can you please assist?

• Connect to the server's web interface and click on the magnifying glass next to this job. This will bring up details about the job. If the time for "Last Activity" is within minutes of the current time, the job is not dead.
