Could you please enable ODBC trace log by following instructions on http://web.synametrics.com/OdbcTraceLog.htm . Recreate the problem and send us the log file.

I'd also recommend using a different ODBC driver to see if that has any affect. Your original post indicates the problem is occuring with an Oracle DLL. Could you please try using the WinSQL Oracle Wire Protocol Driver that comes with WinSQL32 and see if you run into the same issue.
