I currently use WinSQL and like it. I also like SyncriTab's web-based feature and wonder whether I can query text files in SyncriTab the way I do in WinSQL.

You can certainly do it, provided you have a JDBC driver. However, text files are usually on the user's local machine and therefore, WinSQL is a much better tool for querying text files. If you want to use SyncriTab, you will first have to upload the text file to the server where SyncriTab is running, which is often not practical.
