I am using WinSQL for perosnal use and therefore using the Lite version - for some reason I am unable to get integrated view enabled. This option ois "greyed" out on the menu - is it because I am using the Lite version?

Yes. The Lite edition does not have that feature. Check http://web.synametrics.com/WinSQLCost.htm for a list of features available in every edition.
