Is WinSQL 32 (Lite) still available for free?

I got this warning message when I tried to access latest version of WinSQL 32 (Lite) on Windows 10.

The Lite edition does not come with ODBC driver you are using. There are multiple ways to connect to Informix:

• Using a driver from IBM - which is free. However, you will have to install IBM Informix Client Libraries on the machine. Check with the DBA in your company and ask for an installer containing Informix Client Libraries.
• Using the Wire Protocol Driver for Informix - this is what you are currently using but you will have to upgrade to either WinSQL Standard or Professional to use this driver. Check http://web.synametrics.com/WinSQLCost.htm for details.

The Wire-protocol driver is a lot easier to setup but is not free and that is why you are getting this error.
