Hi, because of the missing filename encryption we moved the repository to drive I:\ (mapped boxcryptor drive) but Syncrify 3.3 serverlog just says: 2012-09-14 13:05:33,099 ERROR util.TGlob - I:\Backup\Syncrify\e@mail.com\2.syncrify (The system cannot find the path specified) 2012-09-14 13:05:33,099 ERROR handler.UploadProfileFile - Unable to save profile sent from the client to I:\Backup\Syncrify\e@mail.com\2.syncrify 2012-09-14 13:05:33,318 ERROR f.A - Unable to read meta file: I:\Backup\Syncrify\e@mail.com\2.meta. Dear Imran, many thanks for the quick reply. As I do not try to access a network share but a locally mounted fixed disk your link is only a workaround (now I need to mount that disk, share it on localhost and then use \\localhost\BoxCryptor\Backup\Syncrify as UNC path. At least fixed disks should be available to Syncrify. Yours, Frank two tips: - your webinterface has enough space. Why not link the appropriate KB artikels at the place one needs that knowledge? Saved you and your customers time. - I saw there is a new version 3.3 which fixes some bugs and implements some feature requests. Why don't you follow up here in forum? Just a short note: "Fixed/implemented since Version 3.2" Your company appeared SO much better, SO much more interested in customers! Also your users knew about the new feature. One example: Build 638 - July 16, 2012 Folder cache is used even when encryption is enabled. That was a request by me (http://www.synametrics.com/SynametricsWebApp/Forums?operation=4&msgID=3469), July 14th, 2012 and I see /today/ by chance that it is implemented since /two/months/.

Frank, You are correct: fixed disks should appear without any problem. Please keep in mind that Syncrify gets this information from the OS. The only reason for a drive to not appear in Syncrify is if the OS does not provide that information to the service. Is your BoxCryptor attached as USB? Again, we highly appreciate your comments and suggestions and we will definitely consider incorporating them in future releases. Version 3.3 was released yesterday and we are still in process of updating our website. Once our site is update is complete, we will push a notification about this upgrade. Imran.
