Upgrading from an older release of version 17.0 (Minor upgrade)
If your existing version number is 17.0 but an older
build/release number, you may download the latest
updates
from here. The serial number does not change between minor updates.
Install the newly downloaded file over the existing installation.
These upgrades are called
"minor" upgrades and there is no charge for them.
Upgrading from version 17.0 or older (Major upgrade)
WinSQL Professional/Standard
Older serial numbers will NOT work with a newer version.
For example, if you are existing user of version 17.0 and
are upgrading to version 17.0, you will need a new serial number.
WinSQL Lite
If you are using version 4.5 or above you
do not need a new serial number.
Your serial number for version 4.5 will work with the latest version.
