Revolving around the core of technology
We've had several users report that once their upload is compelte the file changes to 0 bytes. I can't find a pattern, nor anything obvious in the audit logs. Is this a known issues?

I assume you're referring to SynaMan. We are not aware of any such issue. Could you please send us your log files via email. The most important log file is $INSTALL_DIR\logs\SynaMan.log
Additoinally, where is your $TEMP folder stored. In some cases, SynaMan will temporary save incoming files to the $TEMP folder and will then eventually copy it to the destination. I wonder if there is a problem moving it from $TEMP to actual folder.
