We are running Synaman 4.1 build 5000. Enterprise edition.

A user has asked what the account lockout parameters are; how many attempts, over what time period, and how long the user gets locked out for.

Is there any way to view, and hopefully edit this information?

Also, is a way to view a User's lockout status and manually unlock their account

The lock is automatically released after 10 minutes. However, this 10 minute period starts from the last attempt, not first. Therefore, ask the user to stop specifying passwords for the at least the next 10 minutes.

There is no way to clear this block, at least in the current version. I will add a feature request allowing SynaMan to clear this lock before 10 minutes are elapsed.
