My team knows backups are working because there showing on out server as backed up. However when we check syncrify report online it not show we backup anything. Is there anyway we can fixed this? Were running 3.9 version of syncrify if that helps.

This appears to be an isolated issue and will require further investigation. Could you please send us the log files from your Syncrify Server to our support department via email. Check http://web.synametrics.com/SyncrifyLogFiles.htm for details on how to see the logs.
