Hi all,
I'm currently looking into options to automate my NAS backup to another NAS. I'm using QNAP and there is a package available for the Syncrify server which even seems to work on an older NAS. Now the question is what options do I have to install the Syncrify client on the other QNAP? I only have seen the command line tool which seem to offer encryption only in the interactive mode. Any ideas here? Has anyone done something similar beforehand?

You will have to use the Command Line version of Syncrify Client. The latest version includes an "Interactive" mode, which allows you to modify existing profiles, including encryption passwords.
The sample command line for that is:
java -jar SyncrifyClient.jar -console -itools
