Win10 Syncrify Client not loading profile

My setup is all on a single Win10 PC becasue I'm using it to take scheduled differential backups of some VMs. So server and client (both V4.4.966) on the same PC.   It all works fine when I first configure the profile and run it.  Then I call it from a windows scheduled task and its hard to figure out if thats working or not.

 

But the real problem is that after a while, when I open the client, the configuration is totally all empty. The profile shows in the "Available Profiles", but when I click on it, nothing happens, its still all empty and even the profile name is just a bunch of dots and lines.I can see the Pprofile file and can view it in notepad and it all looks fine.  But for some reason the client can't read it.  This has happend twice now in as many days.

Its just happened again. I re-created teh profile and ran it just fine using the client.  Then I tried to run it from the cmd line and it ran and closed (quite quickly since there was nothing to do).  Then I re-opened the client and BAM, profile is empty/broken yet again.

Could you please try reaching us via email. We will need to further investigate this by looking at the log files to see what is causing this.
