Seriously, this needs to be a thing. Almost every competing spam filtering solution out there has an outlook plugin for users to quickly and easily flag emails as spam or legitimate as well as provide a link to the user control panel. If such a thing existed in Xeams, it would make training the spam filter SOOOOOO much faster.
Xeams is my favourite spam filtering solution but from a user perspective it's quite an intimidating piece of software. I'd like to see a serious effort made to redesign the UI in HTML5. Or at least redesign the user side so when a user logs into it they don't even need to ask any questions. I believe the word is intuitive. If you perform a google image search for "modern html5 control panel" you can just rip off anything you see on the first page of results.
If you did these things, I'll be your best friend forever. I can't offer any input on the actual design but I'm VERY good at criticising anything you produce.

I must echo the suggestion that an Outlook plugin would help my users.

There is a reason why we have not invested in an Outlook Plugin for Xeams. Although Outlook is very popular, a mix a different clients are also being used. Therefore, we try come up with solutions that work across every client.
As far as making Xeams learn from previously received spam, check https://www.xeams.com/spam-learner.htm . This talks about how your users can make Xeams learn and this method will work from any client, mobile or desktop.
Additionally, we strongly recommend asking your user to log in to Xeams web interface using their non-admin credential. Several features are available through that interface.
