I've installed the syncrify 3.7 qpkg on my QNAP with JRE8. After downloading the update, I got the message below. Whitch permissions should I change?

I have the same issue. Syncrify support claims it is a firewall or web access issue. It is not. I have another Syncrify Qnap that updates fine. It seems to be an issue with new Syncrify installs on Qnap. Can Synametrics release an updated qpkg for Qnap?
