Syncrify Client don't start on multiple clients

After the last windows update the syncrify client doen't start anymore and take no backups.

Reinstall --> no success.

IThis problem I have on multiple computers. Any idea?

Lars,

Please answer the following questions that will help me understand what is happening:

  • Is this happening to EVERY clent or just a few of them?
  • Is the Backup Monitor Service running?
  • Are you able to bring up the Client GUI?

Since this is an isolated issue, I'd recommend sending an email to our support department, which will be faster.

Thank you fpr answering.

The Client doesn't start on 2 Clients. The third runs ok. The third is the mchine, where Client AND server runs (one of our computers act as server).

BackupMonitor Service is running (windows 10):

The Client GUI won't start.

I have installed the 64-Bit-Client on all computers.

Last week I changed the server to a new computer. I had the server installed and then I copied all setting-folders back to the new machine.

The one computer takes backups as expected.

The URL has changed to the new server name.
