Hello,
We've been running synaman very successfully on our own server for several months now. Starting today, when sending a download link the user is getting a "secure connection failure"in their browser. I've tested it from outside and I see a "negotiating a TLS handshake" message then a "secure connection failure". We have a certificate set up for this site and it has been running fine, just today we started having this issue. We are running Synaman on a CentOS 7 server.
