Mail report won´t work.

Hello,

Already two weeks the dayly report won´t work, it´s sendingo mails only to admin account. Any suggestions?ç

Marlin,

I am assuming you are referring to reports in Syncrify. Do you know if the SMTP settings in your Syncrify Server are working correctly? Do the email test (link at the bottom) pass?

Check Syncrify.log for errors related to SMTP. Check http://web.synametrics.com/SyncrifyLogFiles.htm for details on how to access the log files in Syncrify

Hello, 

The SMTP in the server are correct. Everytime pass the test. In the log file have no error of SMTP. 

The problem is, the server sends every  email to admin account, not to user´s login ID. I´ve checked swice the configuration of server and client. Also, I´m using branding client and I`ve tried to recreate the client several times and every time the serverve sends me error "Error occurred while creating custom installer for Syncrify client"

Any ideas?

These looks to two different issues: problem with SMTP and problem with branding. Can you please send us Syncrify.log file from your server via email to our support department. We will have to further investigate this issue.
