ERROR g.j - Unable to delete older copy of file

Hi,

We have a client for whom two files continually fail to back up each day.

I've found two errors like this in C:\ProgramData\SyncrifyData\logs\StdOut_20170420.log (on the client):

11214017 [T752] ERROR com.synametrics.syncrify.client.av  - An internal server error occurred. Check the log files on the server for details.
\\?\GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy26067\Shares\\ABC Server Files\Long file path\Longish file name.vwx - partial file (0 bytes)

On our Syncrify server in C:\Syncrify\logs\Syncrify.log:

2017-04-20 21:37:49,003 ERROR g.j - Unable to delete older copy of T:\abc@abc.co.uk\ABC_Server_Files\Long file path\Longish file name.vwx. No patching occurred as a result of this error.

And in C:\Syncrify\ClientBackupLogs\syncrify.abc@abc.co.uk\ABC_Server_Files\1492720975484_11519454.csv

"6","0","D:\Shares\\ABC Server Files\Long file path\Longish file name.vwx

If I look back in the logs, I can see that those files (and other files in the same folder) previously backed up OK.

I am guessing the "6" in the CSV is some sort of error code?  The other files that backed up yesterday all had codes 1/3/4, and the second number (file size I presume) is generally non-zero.

I don't mind opening a support ticket, but I did want to post something publicly, because I wasn't able to find anything on the web about this error.
