Synametrics Technologies

Have setup client on Win10, server on Win7.  Using Wireshark on server I can see packets arrive on port 5800 when I click "Test connectivity to server", but there are no response packets.  Using TCPView I can see ...\syncrify\...\java.exe listening on 5800.

I can log on to localhost:5800 using a browser, but not from the client.

Any suggestions on how to proceed would be most helpful.

Did you configure the firewall on your Win7 machine? Also, make sure the settings for the Gateway is correct on your Win7.

My bad.  It /was/ the firewall after all.  the entry was pointing to wrapper.exe.  I changed it to java.exe and its working now.

Does that seem right to you?
