For an Internal IT Department, we take responsibility on managing and administering users backups.
I am using the option within the Client ( Service Based ) to send an Email report to an Administrative Email addresss so that we get reports on backups and can take proactive steps to resolve.
However this report does not include the User Name in the Subject which would assist with associating a Profile ( Machine Name ) to a user.
I do plan to use the Automated reporting as well but this would allow us to quckly and easily see a User Name linked to a Profile from an Email Report.
