Hi, I'm getting error "Forbidden Resource Error: 3000" when clicking on Modify Password.  I've just virtualized my Syncrify server.  All client backups are working fine. Did virtualizing the server causing this problem? If yes anyone know how to correct?  Thanks

Fixed.  I reset the admin password (http://web.synametrics.com/SyncrifyLostAdminPwd.htm) and was able to change account password.

This error is NOT related to resetting admin password. Instead, use the following steps to disable this:

• Login as admin to the web interface
• Click Configuration on the main menu and then, select Security tab
• Check Disable CSRF attack prevention . Click the http://web.synametrics.com/SyncrifyCSRF.htm for details
• Save
