Hi, I'm getting error "Forbidden Resource Error: 3000" when clicking on Modify Password. I've just virtualized my Syncrify server. All client backups are working fine. Did virtualizing the server causing this problem? If yes anyone know how to correct? Thanks
Fixed. I reset the admin password (http://web.synametrics.com/SyncrifyLostAdminPwd.htm) and was able to change account password.
