I can not find command line parameter for initiate seeding on linux

The command line version of Syncrify client does not have the option to Initialize Seeding. Having said that, you only need to initialize seeding if the last modified date (LMD) of the files got changed during seeding. If the LMD did not changing during your copying process, there is no need to run initialize seeding.
Even if the LMDs were changed, they will get set to the correct value when the first back up is run. This means the first backup will take slightly longer but it won't transfer the files all over again.
