I'd like to be able to put my logo into the .exes I make from select queries.

This is very difficult to do from a technical perspective. That is because an EXE is always complied and no compiler is shipped with WinSQL. One way of accomplishing this it using some third-party tools that can modify resources within an EXE file. Search Google for "change icon within exe" and see if any of those options work. Note that we have not tried this and therefore, do not know if there are any side-effects.
