reduce email for users over quota frequency

One of my Syncrify users has reached its quota, as the administrator now I'm receiveing an email from the server every 10 minutes telling me the user is running out of disk quota. Is there a way to change the email frequency ? I'd like to receive this type of emails just once a day, not every 10 minutes.

Thanks

reduce email for users over quota frequency

Is the user configured to backup every 10 minutes?  They'd need to change to backup less frequently, you increase their quota even if temporarily, setup alternate email address that's less annoying, use email filtering or live with it :)  Suppose you could put in a feature request to limit the frequency but if it's per backup by-design hard to say if that'd be considered. Can't hurt to try though.

btw I made a billing/reporting tool that I use that's run once daily in place of most of the built-in reporting that way I have more control & can customize things. It sends daily email to every user including DETAILED backup status (space usage vs quota, days since last backup, suggestions for action in plain english and a customizable footer with contact info & best practice info. In addition to per-user a per-company/entity/group report is sent to designated admin with a list of detailed status for all accounts under that entity including space/billing totals.  People really like the reports since they give them a status at a glance. (Green are OK, yellow/orange are questionable (such as low space) & red are alerts (out of space, not backed up in X days etc).  As admin I get daily billing/stats saved as well as a report for every account grouped by entity. I've debated if I plan to release it or not but it's not much work to create a simple admin only one for daily status summary & not use the built-in per backup one that's bugging you.
