web explorer ZIP function strange behavior

Hello, I tested the web interface to explore my backed up files and noticed there is a function to create a ZIP file from the selected files. But the activation of this function is rather strange - double click on the "file name" column. I guess  a lot of people did not notice there is this function at all because of this.

There is a bug - when you don't have anything selected and double click on that column heading, it will tell you there is nothing selected, but the "Creating a zipped file on the host machine. Please wait..." message remains there forever and you have to refresh the webpage.

It would be great if there was some kind of button or context menu to activate ZIP and also "select all" checkbox would help. Or a possibility to ZIP the entire folder and not just files in it. Thank you

McVitas,

As far as I know, double clicking a column header should not do anything - at least nothing is designed to happen when you double click a column header. Often users expect the sorting order to change but this feature is currently not available.

If you right click on any folder and select Download, it should zip the entire folder and let you download one zipped file. Did it not do that?

We will try to recreate a the column header problem you mentioned on our end to see what is going on.

Imran.
