Charset issue in zip file

Hi all,

I've installed Syncrify server 3.3 build 704 on Centos in English.

Our clients are Windows XP italian.

I've problems with charset like accents à è é ect....

The backup seems working fine.

If I do a full restore from the client, the filenames are correct.

If I go through the client web interface and select download on a single client, it works fine.

But if I select more then 1 file, or a folder, the web interface creates a zip file, and the filenames into this file are worng (somethink like +¿, +® instead of è, é).

The strange think is that if I extract this zip file on a mac, it's extracted correctly.

But if I extract this zip file on a windows system (xp, 7, winrar..., I've tried a lot), I've this problem.

Charset issue in zip file

Hello Luca,

I this this problem is more broad wide, the Synaman software is not able to handle any non English Characters

This also mean that user is not able to download files in their native non english characters, even though they are Unicode.

I'm waiting for the support answer on this, cause it sounds like a major bug.
