rsync implementation

Hello, Please can you tell me a little more about the rsync implementation on the server. Are there any differences between the linux and windows versions? Do you use hardlinks to minimize the space used on the server ? ie. Is there an equivalent to rsync --link-dest="/old/backup" /src /new/backup

rsync implementation

Keith, I am not sure if this question is regarding Syncrify or DeltaCopy. If you are using DeltaCopy and the server is on Linux, you should be able to should be able to use hard links. I recommend referring rsync documentation or forums for details. There is no difference between Windows and Linux. In case of DeltaCopy, the same binary that is available on Unix/Linux is compiled on Windows using CYGWIN. In case of Syncrify, the same code works on both Windows and Linux.
