SynaMan - send to E-Mail Adresses not belonging to the organization in exchange

Try checking the logs on the host machine to see that actual error that occurred.
The log file should be in c:\SynaMan\logs folder.
Most likely the problem is associated with relaying - meaning the SMTP server you
have configured in SynaMan does not allow relaying. If this is the case, you either
have to use SMTP authentication or configure your SMTP server to allow relaying from
the machine where SynaMan is running.
